Wow! What an impressive list of achievements.
In a presentation delivered by Ron Hartman, participants were taken back to 2008. The list of achievements is long but includes 3.8 million people directly receiving services and 78% of project expected to achieve development results.
Among other areas, Ron highlighted the results of the pre-workshop questionnaire that was distributed to participants. He focused on the feedback received in response to direct supervision and ended his presentation outlining recommendations which would improve effectiveness.
